We use recycled packaging and eco-friendly materials for every order. Minimising single-use plastic, prioritising kraft paper and biodegradable bags. Our goal: reduce packaging plastic by 50% by 2027.
1% of annual revenue is dedicated to community health education programs, focusing on nutrition knowledge in rural Vietnam. We also support vocational training for disadvantaged women.
We only partner with brands that meet strict environmental standards: cruelty-free, sustainably sourced ingredients, and energy- and water-efficient manufacturing processes.
All HBH Life orders are packed in recycled cardboard boxes, with protective lining made from regenerated materials and paper tape instead of plastic tape. We encourage customers to reuse or recycle packaging after receiving their order, and include recycling instructions with every shipment.
HBH Life has set a goal of achieving carbon-neutral shipping by 2028. We are partnering with green logistics providers, optimising delivery routes, and offsetting emissions through reforestation projects in central Vietnam. Currently, 30% of inner-city orders already use electric delivery vehicles.
