Ho Chi Minh City & Hanoi

Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Other provinces

3 — 5 days

Delivery time starts from order confirmation and excludes public holidays and Sundays.

Applies to all orders of 1,000,000₫ or more, with nationwide delivery at no extra cost.

Inspect Before You Pay

For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, you may inspect your package before payment. Please check the packaging condition, product quantity and compare with your order. If you find any damaged, incorrect or missing items, you have the right to refuse delivery and contact HBH Life customer support immediately.

Important Notes

HBH Life does not deliver on public holidays, Lunar New Year or national holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the first business day after the break.
Delivery times may vary depending on your area, weather conditions or force majeure. We will notify you promptly in case of any delays.
For products requiring special storage (e.g. liquid collagen, probiotics), HBH Life uses insulated packaging and careful handling to preserve product quality.
