Return Conditions

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery

Products must be sealed, unused, with original packaging and purchase receipt intact. Applies to all products except cases listed below.

Eligible for Return

Manufacturing defects (damaged packaging, leaks, deformation)
Wrong product delivered compared to your order
Product expired at the time of delivery
Product does not match website description (ingredients, volume, origin)

NOT Eligible for Return

Product has been opened or used
Products from promotions, clearance or flash sales
Free gifts, samples or complimentary products

Return Process

Contact Customer Support

Call our hotline 1900-xxxx or email support@hbhlife.vn within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Send Product Photos

Take clear photos of the product including packaging, seal and any defects. Send via email or Zalo.

Return Confirmation

Our support team will review and respond within 24 hours. If eligible, we will guide you on how to ship the product back.

Ship the Product Back

Pack the product carefully and ship via the carrier we recommend. HBH Life will provide a tracking number for you to follow.

Refund / Replacement

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, HBH Life will process your refund within 3-5 business days via the original payment method, or ship a replacement product.

Return Fees

Free returns — HBH Life's fault

If the product is defective, incorrectly shipped or expired, HBH Life covers all return shipping costs. You pay nothing.

Customer pays — Change of mind

If you wish to return for personal reasons (size change, different product), two-way shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
